Step 1: Switch your phone ON, and got to your menu. See below screenshot.

Step 2a: After that locate where the Opera Mini browser is, make sure it is still installed in your phone, now press and hold the app icon, see below screenshot.

Note: Press and hold option can only for those that are using iOS, MacOs, Theme Launcher etc, I mean external launcher. It can only work when you have professional phone launcher. If your smartphone doesn't support press and hold option use the bellow step(b).

Step 2b: You may ask Why Step 2? Do not rough it is Step by step guide, so now go to >setting >click >App Manager or All App it depends on phones. See below screenshot.

Step 4: first thing to do is to click on the “permissions” and turn On all the gear buttons as it show below.

Step 5: after turning ON those buttons press your back button to return (only a click) and Click on “Data Usage” and turn the “Unrestricted Data Usage” gear button, if you notice that the “background data” was turned Off you can turn it on also. See below photo.

Step 6: Use you back button to return again, now Click on “Storage” and after it open to another window.

Step 7: Finally you are done, now touch the “Clear data” flat button and the screen will pop-up with a confirmation notice that if you are sure you want to erase the saved data? Continue by clicking the “Yes” option.

You're done, close the entire process and go to your Opera Mini browser and launch it again you can see it has opened.
